Virtual Credit Cards?

Bought them in the past from venders for less than 3 dollars but for some odd reasons prices for these things are getting higher upwards of 10 dollars. What's a good website for virtual credit card which verifies paypal? I heard bandaglesh markets are good for this, just don't have a source.

VCC'S have become expensive recently due to the largest markets shutting down unfortunately. They're not as easy to obtain, so price goes up.

Not sure if necessarily a VCC as it requires a US bank account but Privacy.com works pretty damn well
