Game lagging when using Chams

As title says, whenever i inject chams on the main menu, everything starts lagging. Chams works, but the game is unplayable.
Pc specs:
I7 7600k
GTX 1070
Windows 10 64gb
16 gigs of memory
I can easily run DBD on ultra without chams.
Im also using the new EAC bypass

Devs didn't optimized chasms ^^ hope they will in June update
