Banned

Ok , so as you can see , the title is pretty short , but i recommend having at least half of an hour to read and analyse this.

Ok so it all started 20.5.2018 , the day that i registered , pretty soon right.. Just wanted to open my shop on the selling marketplace..
Didn't read the rules propertly , guess what , mistakes comming. Joined the forum , posted a thread on selling keys accounts ext..
Got approved.. yeah. aproved, without a giveaway or without a warning that i didn't do a giveaway.. Casually started selling..
As it was my first day on the forum , checked other sellers to see what they got.. Saw couple of them bump their own threads with accounts or calling buddies to bump them , did the same thing , instantly banned second after.
Aswell as that the guy which i know irl sells here...
Checked their thread... In the thread , i obviously saw the accounts which were made by their friends , or by them while using vpn to boost their thread or bump it.. As they had a post for some time , the alternative accounts didn't come in vision of admins..
In the best case , the accounts which bumped their thread were made by their friends which they asked them for.. U know how i know? The date on account creation , and the date on account post is same.. weird right? The name of account transtlated in langague is same.. Lets see.. Name of the seller : SH0N3 , name of account which commented the thread : Shonedajnetflixfree. Wanna know the transtlation? SH0N3Givenetflixfree. Do you think thats weird? Some of the staff say its normal that names are repeated.. But hmm on the same post , account made same day? Dont belive me? Check the thread.. Its on second page.. Will save the screenshoots in case admins ban me and delete those comments in defense of the Post Owner..

Btw thats the admin which banned me on my main @AkiTeKara69 for making alts , aswell as that he banned my friend @NoleBrat for commenting on my post saying he was my alt.. He checked ip , he was obviously wrong. My friend made new account , he got banned again as ban evasion. He got banned forever for commenting my post one time.. Ok , lets get back.. U know what he did after we sent him the thread with the FACTS! He instantly banned us both.. Didn't even check the thread.. The only one who we sent and he checked ( didn't send to lots of mods ) it was the owner Dave.. He checked , said that he was suspicious , probably sent it to his "MODERATORS" to check it , which are Smoke and Shadow... Btw i don't have anything againts Shadow,he does everything in border of rules.. But then here is Smoke which has some kind of deal with the seller? Even if i deserved ban , again without any warning or thread deleting or anything , why did 2 of my friends recive ban , and everyone is banned permanently , and the guy named SH0N3 and his friend N3X4 are constantly bumping each others post with alternatives , thats how they got the name on the forum , aswell as that , they call friends to make new accounts and to type some random stuff just so their post gets bumped , constantly seeing posts like : great service man gonna buy again by the accounts made the same day as the post... U can check these 2 profiles , and see that they have same SHOP list and that they are irl friends which call other friends and in the meantime comment each others posts how they are "great sellers" and shit.. And me and my friends got "REMOVED" from forum just becouse we didn't have connection with someone from stuff and just becouse we were new.. There is a lot more to talk about , will do if someone has some arguments... Please tell me something which u think is correct , just a facts.. I got banned , approved kinda.. Without warning , still ok.. But why did my friends get banned for commentign post and these guys still OWN THE marketplace!

EDIT: SORRY IF OFFENDED SMOKE WITHOUT REASON AS I SEE HE DID NOT BAN MY ACCOUNTS!

If staff was taking bribes or money to keep a user from the forum they would most likely be banned or demoted do you cant just have suspicions of that

Thanks for reply , can you explain me the other part? Read it again please. What would be the reason to ban someone , and then ignore others while they are getting reported... Btw SH0N3 Just made another account or told some other friend to make new account just to post & bump his thread u can check it right now...

@ @Hero banned 5+ of your alt accounts that were found to be self vouching your own threads. I infracted both users you tagged that were trading bumps on their sales threads and warned them. The other 1 post account has been banned.

You saying staff is being paid off by these account sellers is laughable.

You created a dispute. Admit your mistakes. Ask for forgiveness and a second chance. Maybe you'll get another chance maybe you won't.

You should have reported the sellers instead of trying to do the same thing on a much more massive scale.

1. Maybe its laughable but even Staff are humans , they have their own prefferences.. maybe they recived something from them , how can you know?
2. I never asked for forgiveness cuz i know the only thing i will get is another ban instantly.
3. U clearly didn't check his thread by saying i did it on a much massiver scale i made 3 accounts , he still has those posts which are made by his friends and by himself. And no i did not report him cuz i was new to the forum , didn't read the rules as i said , and i didn't see anyone getting banned for that reason. And yet , hes not banned and im sitting here as a new member being banned cuz of one mistake. He surely knows thats wrong and hes still on forum doing the same thing.Check the posts on the account. And please read my thread again and check the FACTS instead of just ignoring the fact what "Moderator" did and what seller did..

Just seen the first part , true , and i admit to that mistake , i don't ask for an unban cuz i probably won't get it cuz i did huge mistake which is non forgivable.. obviously being sarcastic.. someone could have WARNED me for doing that i would stop instantly. And yet they are still on the forum , not only trading bumps but making alts with VPN.

I never reported @Allura of being an alt , i just know N3X4 and SH0N3 In real life , know what they are doing , saw the chat with @Allura and just reported that. And the reason why i report these 2 sellers is as i said they are well known by me.. First of all i got reported by them , don't ask me how i know.. I never did anything bad to them , they knew the thing which i did was wrong , did not even warn me... But here we are man , they are still on the market. Still having alternatives and still not banned.. and about the forgivness part.. Forgivness here is only story for kids.. There is no forgivness , staff likes someone , and wants someone removed. They are humans for christ sake.. That won't ever change... And man still not having any answer? Or the answer is u got banned bcs u made alts. And they are still there bcs we want it like that?
EVERYTHING would be fine. if only i was warned , pmed or anything there are much older cases than me in the shop as you mentioned , hundrends of seller which got WARNED , as i see on sellers profiles.. Why do i have to be banned for something that is "WARNABLE"?

Edit: And btw , maybe you would warn me , or accept my apologies but there is a lot more moderators and staff which would not do that and would just instantly ban me cuz i did such a horrible thing.. (sarcasam still)

I did admitt i was wrong , but i am still mad that i recived punishment and everyone around me recived permanent ban , and these 2 guys are still having "protection"... How is that possible? How is is it possible that they make same mistakes over and over again and they are still here , N3X4 got banned for 2 days? Really? Post is still up there.. He had 2 infraction for his mistakes? I never asked for someone getting banned.. But when i see that me and all my buddies got banned for 1 bad choice without any warning , all of my friends got permamently banned from the community... And the other guy had same mistakes , u can read the whole post again if you want.. If they didn't have the "protection" we would have been at the same level.. Either they would get banned with us.. Or we would recive infraction only.. Or even thread removal? I accept that , thread removal for being di*k we did make alternatives , but i still have screenshots of them having it and SH0N3 is still not banned? And i don't ask for it. i Just ask for unban cuz thats the only fair option...

EDIT: Just saw that 1 alternative account of SH0N3 got banned.. Also that happend to me.. but i got my main banned aswell.. but i see a tons and tons of his alternatives still there.. Yeah , facts im the banned guy @NoleBrat , i commented on one of @AkiTeKara69 threads , got banned permanently without any infractions... I see that SH0N3 is still pumping some cash , right ?

Could we get some justice here please? Check both of our ip adresses... U will see what mistakes have been made.

Is there any chance of me being unbaned and getting some infraction or something , i deserved punishment but i think insta banning new member for such a thing is too much , as you can see , there is still people on market with infractions who make alts just to promote their threads.. this is account which i got banned on without any warning or infractions @AkiTeKara69

Not even gonna waste time trying to explain it to you any moderator can check your IP's they all match with eachother thus why you were originally banned for Self-vouching a massive amount of times, so there is no "seeking you out" going on as you say just banning you for breaking the rules and ban evading.

Your other account @NoleBrat was banned for self-vouching your "main" account @AkiTeKara69.
