Hi guys I got scammed in the pixel 2 catastrophe.
I paid the seller who had good vouches with a marks and Spencer UK voucher to ""his"" email.
I am so annoyed now I used my visa debit card and was wondering if I can do a chargeback on my bank card. Will marks and Spencers accept this though I think they might ask for police report and don't wanna go down that road.
I just feel if you pay by card and you get stuck even if it is a se or refund you should be covered.
I obviously don't want the bank or marks and Spencers to know what I was paying for so was say my whole computer got hacked etc
What do you think of this scenario?
