DJI REFUND?

As title says anyone that can do Refund on DJI Store?

You'll probably have a better chance refunding from any electronics store like Best Buy, Newegg, etc. DJI sucks from my understanding in support of anything

From personal experience as a customer don't waste your time dealing with DJI directly. They're a Chinese company that doesn't care about customer support.

But in Europe we don't have Best Buy, Newegg or other big us companies.. any idea?
