They don't lose a penny over these pixels, their insurance company is. Also Google won't sue individuals as most of them live outside the US and to go over dozens of countries to sue individuals that done this just because of a loss of a couple million $ is a waste of time.

It'll be interested to see what they do. Since most companies change policies to "not their fault if item isn't in box' kind of thing. But Google is such a large company, I'm sure actually spending the human resource to start checking boxes would cost too much lol. They'll ban reship addresses first.

How likely is it that they block google services on the devices obtained by RMA?

Also logitech has the same problem and two weeks ago I received a product, those have not fixed it either.

Nah, google pixels are still going strong. None of mine have failed so far so yea.
