There is no that safe refunds tbh in nowadays. They always can investigate you, but this investigation might be like a fake one, so you don't have to be afraid of that. There are many stores where you can refund easily with that ''investigation'' you just have to follow the process and let them know that all this shit is real.

how do you know that you are being investigated? i have used usps and fedex once
