Is this a ban-able offense?

So if I were to use an auto bot in osu multiplayer (bancho server), and I get into lobbies and do maps using the bot, but I quit before the end of the map so that the score I got does not get submitted, would I get restricted or banned for that?

If the score isn't submitted you shouldn't get banned

There is a chance though that you could be banned because auto bots are usually the ones that get detected very easily.
