Different card, different name should be good to go.

tbh I’ve done same billing and shipping multiple times for same sites, usually works out.

It's best to avoid any information you used on your last order, whether it be PayPal/credit card, shipping address, billing address. Also avoid a carrier investigation especially if the last order you made had one

It's always good to be safe so when refunding the same store I would highly suggest you change the following

Name
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Payment Method
Email at times as well.

If I paid using paypal the first time, is it still considered a different payment method if I use the same debit card that was associated with the paypal or no for second time? i hav changed the billing address on it however.

If the paypal pament isnt thru "Paypal Balance" and the transaction gets taken from the bank it is considered a visa or debit transaction not paypal

use privacy.com they have VCC's and its much easier to change cards with that

i thought VCCs dont work for refunding.
Do i put different information (names, address) if i do use vcc?
