Unhandled Error

Goes with Modding and Rezinject..when trying to inject i get the Unhandled Exception Error has occured in your program crap..thus not letting me inject..everything else works..just the injector doesnt for some odd reason..someone said download .NET Framework 3.5...well i have that and .NET Framework 4.0..ive redownloaded the injector over and over..repaired the Framework and even reinstalled it..and no fix..any solution out there ? Or am i pretty much screwed ?
