so basically it freezes the values
includes:1.inf ammo for the handgun
2.inf health
3.inf money(with the money i recommend getting the max amount and then activating it because i dont recommend messing with the money
value)

used only in custom game(i havent tested if it works on solo if you can test ill gladly appreciate it)
doesnt work online.
