CS Hack/Method
This isn't anything exclusive or amazing, but its still worth trying.
NOTE: THIS WILL REQUIRE osu!Enlighten from AQN.
Open enlighten and open osu!. Set the enlighten AR mod to anything between 9-10 (personal preference, I use AR10). Enable the EZ mod in-game and your CS will be lower but thanks to Enlighten the AR will be normal!
