Placed an order on asos.com, it got cancelled and then my account was blocked, after that i got an email that they are asking an id to prove billing address. Is it legit? I used new ip, new email, new everything. If i will give them will i encounter any problems when i will try to refund it?

How many times have you switched accounts? And if you are using different payment method make sure billing address is also different
