Question about the new patch and bans
I havent edited my file in a while , like 3 months , and i never have been banned. My file has not prestiges or legacy , but , i have like 200 items and addons (the only ones i wanted , not all the items and addons) but still is so obvious that my file isnt clean.
The point is , how dangerous is gonna be the new patch? I dont even know if i still can edit my file (i read that save game editor is not working) so i can make it more real not with 200 items in each character.
I know im asking things that is hard or impossible to know or predict but i prefered to post this thread so maybe someone could help me a bit. Thanks.
Yeah they're probably checking around this kind of things. Decrease all of the amounts of your items and addons, and also make their amounts differ between each other for further security. Before the 2.0.0 patch, which will be on the 12th, you can still use the sticky bypass method to play bypassed and online; with that you can also run CloudExtract v1.1 before starting the bypassed game, and you'll be able to get your save dumped from the cloud as "cloudsave.txt" in the same folder you have CloudExtract in; there are few new save game editors around, just see the [Release] threads about them: with those you should open that txt file and decrease your items generally. After editing, save your file back to its position and inject it with cloudextract. Revert then the bypass method (I recommend having done a backup of your DeadByDaylight and EasyAntiCheat folders), and everything should be fine. If you don't know how to use CloudExtract, again, search for its [Release] thread in the forum and there will be instructions, be mindful, though, that you should use the new, sticky, bypass rather than the one I believe that CloudExtract still links you to. Sorry for any confusion it's 4:00 A.M. here xD
