MS has access to the entire world's open source repos. They bought it for a reason, most likely for AI.

It's not a small site when a lot of programmers/scripters/etc know a lot more stuffs than Microsoft

Also GitHub will probably do like 80% of the software/AI/etc works for Microsoft
