Google Pixel Labels

I see a lot of them in the market place page, selling them for cheap but I never understood what they were for.
Would I be able to buy one and request for a new phone?

1. You purchase a label / SE one yourself.
2. You find a Reship that does not ask for I.D's or you use a drop address for the replacement phone to be sent too.
3. You box them (meaning you would send an empty package that looks tampered to Google or you pay someone to do it for you). I'd recommend @bou.
4. Wait for google to update you with tracking.
5. Wait for the phone to arrive at whatever address you provided.
