What isn't clear? They just out of the blue decided to take action against me one day. And yes, it was Paypal.

Did you do DNA or SNAD in the PayPal claim? If you did SNAD and they didn't respond, they can't do anything. Either way it would be tough for them to do anything even with DNA. They agreed to PayPal's terms and conditions by accepting them as a form of payment. PayPal ruled in your favor so unless they caught you using/signing in to the items you didn't receive, I don't think they have a leg to stand on

It was item not received. They didn't respond to it, but out of nowhere they suddenly contacted me about the past order. They got my address and stuff, and although they didn't say they'll take legal action, they said they will give me seven days, which I assume they will do something then.
