Yes you can.
Just convert the server decimal ip adress to an Ipv4 ip adress an ddos the server with the right program on the right port like this:

aos://16777343 is going to be 1.0.0.127 backward it so it gets to 127.0.0.1.
then just ddos the converted ip adress and its done.
