well, work on flow, depth, dont put text since ur a beginner, use smaller sizes like 400x150, read some tuts and u will be better
i'm using photoshop cs2/3 for 5 years,but i know,i'm a suckass in making grunge stuff i work only at making web pages/web design and colour retouching&fixing+ this was made just in a few minutes,so i added some brushes,made a choppy version of me..Done ) got bored xD
