Can a person help me to put a hacked client in 1.7.10 and use forge with to use mods by having a hacked client please ?

Liquid bounce is a forge hack.
Install forge, and put liquid bounce into the mods folder. You will have a hacked client + you can have the rest of your forge mods.

Why do you want it to be a forge hack though? Why not just use a regular hacked client? What other mod do you have that you want to have forge?
