Theoretically, sure, it doesn't make sense to scam with a warranty since the funds are in escrow, but I'm skeptical of the refund process if you can't even get a moderator response.

All transactions are backed by escrow. Payout isn't immediate, so no one can be scammed. File a dispute and @arunforce will look into it. If you think it's a scam you're a legit retard.
