with a hack including glitchkey

hello,

I just got a new hack today, finaly one with glitchkey.. :P
but when i activate it and walk at a wall I go with superspeed and can't realy get it to work as some other people do..
my question is: how do I use it properly?

I saw some people first shooting at a wall, then walk in it, but they walk at normal speed at the wall.. and then they can see/shoot through it..
this is basically how I would like it to turn out, not the way it turns out the I do it now.
