Help with "decrypting" "CumulativePlaytime" in cloudsave.

In the cloudsave.txt, there is something known as CumulativePlaytime which has a bunch of numbers after it. The numbers are all random and there's a ton of them. The issue is, my hours on steam do not match the hours in the savefile since I used someone elses file. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out a solution, by either finding out what the bunch of random numbers in "CumulativePlaytime" translate to, or giving me another solution to the problem.
