So there is no 2 hour shipping, apple.com would offer postmates for sure?

I'm saying that if they ship with Postmates, it will definitely fail. If they use UPS or FedEx, it's less likely to fail. So if you do get Postmates, return the order

Then fake sig, and say it was for a birthday and I didn't receive?

No, like others have said, you need to tell them a truck or your brother crashed into your front door or whatever and destroyed the Macbook. If they say bla bla bla no, then you scream at them saying fraud, I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER, and just fight for refund.
