Download this (https://www.microsof*****m/en-us/down...s.aspx?id=6812) and then check your VC++ directories settings, they should look something like this (https://i.stack.imgur.com/vnyzD.png). Make sure you don't change where the files are downloaded. If you're still having issues after trying both these steps, add me on IM and i'll help you.
