7.1 are better and now have a little discount. It depends on games you want to play. Maybe you do not need 7.1 but if you are looking headset for games like CS GO it will be just better and give you advantage.
I would choose the "HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset", i've been using it for a year and got no problem with it. so fucking awesome, it is just feel so good when you use it.

isn't 7.1 so confusing when using it in games like pubg ? like can you tell where exactly the enemy is coming from ?
Take a look at Razer kraken pro v2, they're good!

Yes, easily as well.
Logitech G430, if you're looking for a cheap yet great 7.1 headset.
Logitech G633 or the HyperX Cloud II if you have more money.
I would suggest you to have someone get you the Logitech G633 or G430 here.
They're actually decent headsets.

I bought the https://en-us.sennheiser.com/game-zero 2 years ago. It was a lot more expensive then they're current listing. I copped it for 285$ and it is by FAR the most comfort from any headset ever. Mic quality is great and the sound wheel is amazing. I promise lmao u buy these and you won't regret it
Has amazing low frequency sound as well as high frequency. PUBG and Battlefield are perfect games for this headset. Noise is crisp and clear
I only had Razer Headsets (most of them for free) and they where all good (Synapse sucks) but for you, the Cloud II is better.

i shall snipe you across game modes and maps!!!! !
Check out the Corsair VOID RGB Pro headset,
it's 100$ without a sale. I use it for PUBG and stuff
and it sounds really good and feels really good on
the head like I never have issues with my head hurting or anything.
Most gaming headset have trash tier audio quality, in accurate positioning and poor comfort. Any quality headphones will be able to reproduce what your sound card sends it. I have an AKG q701 that's 4 years old and still gives me far better audio and comfort than any other gaming headset I've tried. Plus you can pair it with a modmic to get a quality sounding mic. Don't buy into marketing terms like 7.1 surround sound. Do your own research on how gaming audio actually works.
