You were banned because your account reached 3 infractions which triggered the 3 day ban.

2 of your infractions were because you bumped your MP thread before 24 hours (possibly multiple times)

The other was for sales trashing

I don't think an infraction is deserved here, for certain types of services quick communication is necessary. I bumped my own thread more often than allowed to inform customers about other means of communication since I was expecting many of their orders to arrive on that day and I couldn't wait and risk possible failures just because IM went down unannounced.
If you force people to use one single, unreliable platform to communicate, at least allow them to secure their business when IM goes down.

You could've also PM/VMed them which would also give them a notification.

Editing a quote into your original post will trigger a notification as well

I'm not going to treat you differently to other users who have also been infracted for the same reason.

You are not above MPGH rules.
