Is there anyway to know the person you're trading with is giving you valid security questions while not waiting 4 days?

No, they are kept secret for a reason. There is no possible way to find out, unless you message Deca and ask them to change the details for you. Probably just use a middle-man to do trading.

If they have the support ticket they used to change the email that can be used for verification
