Send pp and chargeback those who cb you before.
I don't think it really helps tbh, and people can do unauth and then it doesn't matter about what anything on PP says since they claim it was not them who did it.
those notes are useless, tbh. you can chargeback/dispute any transaction using paypal.
Yes it helps, I have told on of my customers who bought yeezy carts off adidas to put a note
and when he chargedback

I added it to my claim with the story
Okay it doesn't help AT ALL. Like 0% of the time if the buyer has a brain and he wants to chargeback and opens an unauthorized transaction it's completely useless.
If the dispute reason is item not as described or didn't receive my item it might help you, however it's not a 100% chance success it will.

I ask some of the new members to open a dispute and close it before they are able to receive the items I sell to them, also I ask them to send the money with no shipping address (if im selling a digital item obv.), they can't open the dispute again so yeah.

If you want just get a no 21 day paypal instantly release paypal stealth to receive payments on then once received send to your personal so when chargedbacked incase they do you will still have money and abandon the paypal i do also sell them if u need btw
I'm thingking the make them start a cb and then close it might help since after that they can't do it again...
I think it helps. I can only receive as a Good and Services only because of the country I live and Ive sold from $2 items to $200 and I always tell the buyer to put a note on the PayPal description that says that they receive the items and they agree to my terms and will not refund, also they need to put No Address when they are making the payment. Never had any problems. Maybe its me the one that its getting lucky and havent had a scammer trying to chargeback.
