[X27.0.1] Proxy Only

Just a proxy only client, because there were a few people asking me to make one.

On main menu, press the servers button, scroll down. Name should be ## Proxy Server ##

Credits to @toddddd for the tutorial.

Make sure K-Relay (or whatever you use) is running, or this won't work.

Your first one got deleted for being incorrect.

Then it is whoever is first to upload will get approved. He posted 6 hours ago, you posted 2. Don't get salty, this is how the rules work. If your thread was right the first time then it'd be you.
