gmod server Adding a playermodel without mdl file

so ive been working on a garry's mod server for a few hours and once i came to the part where i add playermodels to a pointshop i got stuck.
as ive seen a tutorial on how to add it, its seems pretty easy to do but the one playermodel i was going to add didnt even have the mdl file which i found interesting since that was exactly the file i needed.
