HelpFirst Time Posting - Chat Client and others

Hey, I was curious whether or not there is an existing chat client designed specifically for the purpose of making trading easier -

it should be able to do the following:

Open in a separate window
Have tabs for different types of chat (global, guild, whisper etc) and log those with timestamps
Have an easy way to respond to given whispers from the window itself
Make a sound when a given message type is received be that whisper, guild or (god forbid) global chat to notify the user that a message has been received.

The goal in mind here is to make trading via RealmEye even easier, you could leave your account logged in (or botting) and check the log and respond to messages rather than fumble with the frankly awful chat system in game that loses whispers when leaving zones, scrolls erratically and just generally sucks, all I want is some consistency in my life, is that too much to ask?

An addendum, it'd be very cool to have a trade logger interface, you manually input your trades made and save them and perhaps that could be used for some sort of analysis, who knows

In addition, I saw some mention of quest bots etc, something that can run God Lands and maybe farm instances - does something like this still exist and/or is updated regularly?

Hey tbfeonar01, welcome to MPGH. Most of the stuff you said here used to exist, but it was private. Anyways, it doesn't exist now, but is definitely possible. However, I doubt anyone would do it... since it is way too boring with limited benefits.

Hmm, you can use nrelay.
Using dlscord.js module u can log everything and respond to players.
But not recommended to log everything in channels, cause requirements.

Like Gravitir said, using both N-Relay and d1scord.js would allow you to log and sort the messages you've received. Basically you would scan for regular, guild, and whisper messages, then print each message you get in a different d1scord channel based on what type of message they are. Note that N-Relay is a clientless program so you won't be able to see/control the bot itself.

In regards to logging your trades, I believe it is possible make a client that (although I'm not 100% sure how) tracks the items sent and received from your inventory.

For a quest farmer, I'm not 100% sure what you mean. If you mean quest completes, then there already are bots that can do that (on MPGH). If you mean quests in the Realm, then there currently aren't any. And for godland pot farming, you could just set a /record on the crazy client around the perimeter of the godlands or use the famebot, though none of those options will run over the pot bag for you.
