how do people get the different servers? or do they have 2 DL them? im not begging just asking

You can only play WR on servers hosted by K2. Once you log in, you can see all the servers designated for your area in the world. So if you live in Canada, you can't play servers in Europe.

There's no such thing as a "private server" in WarRock, mainly because DE doesn't release server code, lol. If you mean how to play servers for other regions, use a proxy.
