Although if it came to it I would consider paying for information. Maybe post it in the new user section and introduce it there? I just don't want to get banned straight off the bat. Well my first recommendation would probably be General because it has a lot of traffic but at the same time, a lot of members who browse General may not have come here solely for the hacks (a lot of old members did, including myself).
I think you could definitely post in one of our active game hacking sections like CSGO and get some good responses. Just post it in the discussions forum of CSGO.
