❓ Red mark on steam profile
I got banned on dbd and now I have that ugly ass red mark on my profile. How can I get rid of it? I don't care getting unbanned, I want only to remove visually that shit from my page

EAC cannot remove the game ban (red text) , only steam can do that.

Wait 7 years, it'll disappear from other people's profile view, not from your own. I'm not even kidding.
Once you're game / VAC-banned it's forever. And you can still be found to have had a ban on record through other websites after the 7 years.
I know this through a friend who got VAC'd on 1.6 as the DbD game ban is the first ever ban I ever received.

You can try and delete Dead by Daylight from your Steam account. It works for some games but not for others. I'm not sure on the difference between game bans and VAC bans so go ahead and give it a try.

It used to be possible, it retroactively became pointless to do so since the bans will show up regardless of whether you have the game in your library or not. This is true even for people who used that method before it was patched.
