Is Quersus.com refundable?

Hello, I would like to know if any of you is able to refund on quersus.com or ever did it, or someone did it, I didn't find anything exploitable on their policy's and I was wondering if someone with more experience could do it, I'm not looking or asking for someone t odo it or hiring anyone to do it, just askin.

I would like to buy a chair in the next days and I would like to try, but I wanna know if someone already tried and if it's possible by your view to do it.
