Request for thread to be re-opened

Hello, i had a 2 month blacklist that has been lifted in June 2018. The 2 topics i had were selling services and accounts on the marketplace (User Services & Accounts Keys/Items) and seemed to have been removed during the blacklist.

Could i request to have my past service threads to be re-opened now that my blacklist has been lifted?
