Asos refund !!

Hello

I tried to get my 450€ order refunded on asos.fr but unfortunately the refund failed and my account was blocked...
I didn't even sign the package because it was unsigned I can try to get a refund from the shipping company?
Can I try telling them that I just found the package at the neighbor's and it's just missing a few items?
There are no solutions to that?

Yes I used to take midterms but now my colleague made a full refund on asos 2 weeks before me and it worked for him!
My bro, if I try to contact them again by saying that I found the parcel that he was at a neighbor's but that he was missing a few items it can work?

Okay and it can go far for example to court if asos refuses to Refund me ?

why on earth would you do that for a couple hundred worth of clothing

also if it really comes to court youre most likely fucked as delivery and weight can be proven by the carrier

I'm just asking if there's a chance the chargeback will work or not?
