Grimoire 3.8 doesn't open.

With the newest version of Grimoire, it doesn't open anymore. I've no idea why it won't open, the last version worked just fine. The only time it does open is when I extract it for the first time and it asks if I really want to run it. After that it doesn't open again. Any ideas?

Try downloading .NET framework 4.6.1

I already have the latest version.

Ok, so it's my laptop. I just tried it on my moms and it works just fine. That doesn't make any sense to me.
