Error when using EAC Bypass

First of all, I'm new here.
However after using EAC Bypass for the first time, I deleted the EAC Folder + Binaries and let steam recover those files.
and now when I tried replacing the files again to edit bloodpoints, I get an error saying there's no internet connection when trying to use the EAC Bypass as soon as it prompts me to hit space to start the game.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it patched already ?

yep, I used it once, however after I tried using it again, I get that popup saying there's no connection
