Actually, that's quite untrue.
The form you're supposed to fill out, are just a few guideluines for us to create a signature.
IF, people tell us what to do, it'll be like this;
Place an orange c4d on screen in the left bottom corner,
then put a fractal, put on overlay, in the center,
if you've done that, you just put your render in, duplicate it some times, and smudge the first 3 layers.
Then.....
Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

anyway your post justify's my other thread exactly, you guy so nothing but brush slap on renders and change layer effects
