Blitzcrank, I love being able to rank up while having 0 skill whatsoever 
Kai'sa has a great design along with kit making her very fun to play. Lore wise it's pretty out there, kinda like a brainwashed or manipulated human turned against their kind. Also she's pretty hot.
Personally I like Nasus especially with his Infernal Skin.

I think Katarina tbh because of the complexity and possibilities aswell as being so slippery.
