I know previously we were allowed to add people on ***** and offer to work with people on other sites to form deals/partnerships.
Would this still be allowed via IM?
For example, adding someone on IM and asking them if they wanted to work together on another site to increase sales etc, as long as everything is done through IM? Not trying to advertise but just trying to increase money flow. Wanted to make sure before I actually go ahead and do it.

uh, just read the rules and if they don't state anything, which they shouldn't about what ur doing then ur fine
