Failed refund Opskins.com

Hi, i tried to refund my 14 days old payment to opskins for 50usd. And if i did refund, opskins didnt reply so i escalated to paypal and they said "Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked."


So i did it wrong or rip of refunding digital keys?

Only way to refund opskins is via unathourized
