Sadly, I also can't seem to make the DA/Guardian functions work... Any idea how to solve this or what might be causing it?

I tried using the official dragonfable client in artix launcher but is not working it have the same problem login screen in not working. does anyone have similar problem?

Yeah same its not working shows gray screen

Is this the end of trainers for DF?

Same, the trainer is not working, I also get a grey screen. If I want to be precise, the screen was red with the text 'Loading ...' and then became grey with no text. Even when I went to the top and use Control -> Play, it was still grey with the text 'Error loading Game Engine!! Please try again in a few minutes'.

When I tried with the official Dragonfable client in Artix launcher, it didn't work on the first few attempts, but eventually worked again. Maybe the trainer is targeting the wrong DFloader.swf?

I have the version 1.0 of this trainer, so maybe the trainer is working on version 2.0? If someone can post saying whether the version 2.0 trainer works or not, that would be great. If this trainer is no longer working at all, can someone tell me of a trainer that still functions?

You also have to bare in mind that the trainer was created by Spider133, who may now be working for AQW or AE in general. Here is a link to validate what I'm saying:

Could it be that AE asked him ways to stop trainers from working?

Can anybody also see if they can play the game through a flash projector?

I found this post from Spider133, himself, on Reddit:

1. Download "Flash Player Projector" from Adobe's website (NOT content debugger):

2. Run the Flash Player Projector
3. File > Open
4. Paste the location: https://play.dragonfable.com/game/DFLoader.swf
5. Hit OK and Play!

Note that some people have replied saying that they get the 'error loading game engine' message.
It could be the case that the location has been changed or renamed from 'https://play.dragonfable.com/game/DFLoader.swf' to something else. I'm not 100% sure on this, but the change in location could potentially be the cause of why the trainer is not working.

It's because of the discontinuation of Flash. 133spider hasn't done anything to stop trainers from working.

I haven't played with it myself, but I believe some have had success with installing Flash manually now that it has been removed from Windows as standard. I can't provide a link to download Flash and I must warn you that using Flash now that it is unsupported may be unsafe. I think you also need to use a program (e.g. RunAsDate) or change your system time to run the trainer on a date prior to the discontinuation of Flash.

This is an old release, so you may not have success regardless of what you do.

I think 133spider's trainer used a flash projector, so was able to run the shockwave files without a problem. This problem didn't exist until very recently, so I think it might be something to do with the location of the swf. I was able to verify that you can play the game through a flash projector if you use the location as: https://play.dragonfable.com/game/DFLoader.swf

I got the 'Error loading Game Engine!! Please try again in a few minutes' message on a flash projector when I downloaded the swf file and tried to use it locally from my machine.

If anybody can find a solution, please post below. Thanks
