I agree. It would be best if you just used "chat" or call them and inform that you would like to return the items for a full refund. I don't think you should dig your hole deeper with chargeback

Hmm WYO was the refnder who helped me do this and originally I ordered this back when google was still working fine. :/ I have one more question, WYO doesnt really reply to me as much and I understand due to the amount of orders he has. so he only replies to me once every 24 hours. Im not quite sure if he already used an excuse to ask for the return labels to get my money back, should I wait for him to confirm with me what excuse he used? Or should I just chat them and create my own excuse like I was out of town and my GF accidentally took the devices out etc.

@op they are not gonna give you rmas thats the problem. It was the same old shit "please wait 24-48 hours" for 3 weeks. In fact it was the same canned message with a different reps name at the bottom. I finally got fed up and did a chargeback on the fourth phone they didnt refund (but the other ones did).
By the way, we kept calling too. Same shit.

If they recorded over the phone that you would like to return the pixel then chargeback in bank, It’s very sketchy if google decided to investigation on your case. Since it’s passed 15 days return, your best hope that if your card have “Return program” that willing to accept your return. Otherwise, you pretty much fuck up,

Just call in yourself, your refunder is obviously giving you the run around.
I had same issue with a refunder recently from a month old order they supposedly got refunded, chatted in and in like 2 minutes had it refunded.

better speak to him before making any moves, he is a trusted member so there should not be any issues, calling them yourself without communicating with him may fuck things up even further

Chargeback and claim the Pixels never arrived. Or package was empty, it worked for me when I ordered 2 Google Pixels

WYO told me what to say to them and it ended up failing again. Ive given up and im going to take the loss I guess. chargeback will take way too long and risky. Im over this BS. Thank you guys for all the replies though.
