had 3 WR accs blocked at once somehow. how do i create a new acc? when i try it says " not at this time,plse try later". what r my options?

G1 don't ban accounts for no reason, after being banned a few times they will block your IP so you cannot make any new accounts, you will need to use a proxy or change your IP to create a new account..
