Until someone figures out something better with FindText or another script, I've got a somewhat working solution.

This script requires the 'settings.ini' file found in Andrew's release.

Numpad1 for on/off, or change every instance of "Numpad1" in the code to whatever you want to use.

Brightness: 4

Sample images for 1080p: (right click -> save as)

healthbar.bmp

healthbar2.bmp

healthbar3.bmp

secondimage.bmp

Code:
#NoEnv
#Persistent
#SingleInstance, Force
#KeyHistory, 0

Use this script with 3Andrew's release, and make a new image in paint called "secondimage.bmp". It should be a small white shape (true white, 255-255-255), probably a 4x1 px line or 2x2 box, its up to you. Find what works best.

Also note that this will not work in PvE at all, but it can be modified to work in PvE easily if you know what you're doing. I've had pretty good success in my tests, even on mars and nessus.

I see on your code that you have a healthbar3.bmp and Andr3w didn't have one. I believe he only had healthbar.bmp and healthbar2.bmp. Do we need a healthbar3.bmp? if so, what size should we make it in paint? thanks

Sorry yeah forgot to mention that. It's just a smaller version of healthbar2.bmp, about half the width but the same height.

I don't mean to sound like an ass, but could you possibly send a link with your edited version to download from? I just want to save you the trouble of people asking you how to do your edits completely, cuz some folks may not understand how to actually go about doing your changes.

Beyond that, thank you for the work! I'm gonna go test this out and see how it is.

EDIT: Just wanna make sure, we completely replace the 3andrew script with the one you posted?

hmm... im not noticing anything. Is this made for a certain resolution size?

Yeah, just run this script instead of the one 3andrew was using. I tested it with his images and settings.ini file, so if those worked for you then this version should too. The only difference is that this version will only lock onto confirmed targets in pvp, it will not get stuck on walls and terrain. So if you were testing it in pve, its not going to work because it cannot find the secondimage.bmp on a pve target.

To those who can't get andrew's version to work at all, your resolution is probably different to his and you need to make your images smaller. For a 1080p monitor your big shielded bar should be about 150x7, and the medium/small bars should be 80x9 and 40x9. If you're unsure, go into patrol anywhere and aim at some enemies a long way away, then screenshot that. See how tall their bars are, this is the size you want to aim for, but remember that in pvp the enemy guardians have a shield at full hp which makes their health bar less tall.

Once you get andrew's version working, follow the steps I mentioned and it should work for you. If it's still not working let me know your resolution and the image you tried for secondimage.bmp.

This is what I did. Let me know if I did it right. I grabbed your ahk code you had in that text box and made a exe using a ahk to exe converter. I then grabbed andr3w's first two images and made a 3rd and then made a new one White image. I copied the settings.ini file as well. Did I do it right??

so:
- hp bar 1 which is 160x8 should be 150x9

- hp bar 2 which is 20x13 should be 80x9

- hp bar 3 (which is hp bar 2 edited by a half) which is 10x13 (after your edits) should be 40x9

right?

Yep, that's all there is to it. Just double check that those images work for you with andrews script, if they do work with his but not with mine then let me know your resolution and also post your secondimage.bmp if possible. Also I edited my first post with some pictures, maybe try those and see if it works for you. And sorry but just to confirm, you're trying this in pvp, not pve?

It should work on left click too, but it will not aim if you're not holding any mouse button if thats what you mean.

Yes you are correct, except healthbar.bmp should be 150x7. But it's not an exact science, feel free to experiment with them as much as you want until it works best for you.
@fatdoobie Andr3w's did work for me. I'm also running 1440p resolution. Main pic difference I noticed on your code is that the first image is titled healthbar1.bmp and in Andr3w's in the script ahk code he calls it healthbar.bmp. I just added the "1" to the name of Andrew's first image. Thats all I needed to do right?

Ima test shortly, I had to leave my house for a bit

Yeah I forgot his version was called healthbar.bmp. I updated my code in the first post, just copy+paste that and make sure your first image is "healthbar.bmp". If you want you can just use the pics I posted as well, but they will be smaller than what you can possibly use at 1440p. They should still work fine though.

Those pics you linked, aren't they for guys running the script at 1080p??
Andr3ws worked for me... this one doesn't seem to be locking on well, if at all. not sure what the difference is.

Same here, Just tested it on pvp and it wasn't locking on at all. I'm running 1440p and brightness 4. followed all the directions. :/

@fatdoobie maybe the code you posted was slightly off from what you are using??

@fatdoobie make the code you posted was slightly off from what you are using??
Yeah, i know mine was slightly modified so i even went all the way back to andr3ws OP and redownloaded to make sure i was using exactly what he was at 1440p. at least i won a few rumbles while testing to make sure i still remembered how to aim by myself :P
