1. Why are you even using imagesearch? You're not even putting the image into memory and reading it from memory each time, instead you are reading the image over and over and over again... PixelSearch is faster, less intensive and also more reliable.

- Take a screenshot of a monsters health bar.
- Crop the image to just the size of the healthbar
- Upload the image into a site like https://matkl.github.io/average-color/ to get the average color.
- Do a spotted PixelSearch (multiple searches) of the area using the hex color with a variation of 50~

2. What's the white ImageSearch for?

3. Why not add multiple profiles for different planets? That way you can press a different hotkey and it would cycle through different profiles so you can have multiple setup with different red/white settings to be less/more aggressive depending on the environment. Simply add one more config field "ProfileName" and then they can set it to "Titan" for example, use TTS to say the profile name when they cycle through the profiles.

Bottom line, there is just too much red. Using pixel search with 50 variance causes you to aim all over the place.

You can add a triggerbot.thank you

You are wrong, the 50 variance makes no real difference when you are looking for a "Spotted PixelSearch" which is multiple searches to check for a shape, thus to make sure there is a healthbar on screen. This is 10x more accurate than the method used at the moment.

Ae you saying you search for a pixel, then define an offset where you expect to find (or not find?) a second pixel, then a third, etc...? Not totally sure what you're saying here. If you want to provide a code example that would be very helpful. I'd be interested in running some tests with tick counts to figure out what is faster.

As for the speed of pixelsearch vs imagesearch, I think you are mistaken. Here's AHK_L dev Lexikos on the matter: Link. I've tried pixelsearch, pixelgetcolor and other tools like FindText, and nothing has come close so far to the speed of imagesearch.

I can see how you could potentially apply some clever logic to pixelgetcolor and some relative offsets for reference points to create a more reliable script, but I can also see that being extremely costly in terms of performance.

To prevent moving the mouse towards false targets. Without a secondary white check, the script will aim at every false positive it finds, instead of only the very rare occasions where you have red and white together in the perfect places. Plus the secondary check only scans a TINY area with a very small image, it takes basically no time at all. It defines an offset relative to where it found the red bar, then searches a small area for where the enemy's level text should be. I've found this to be extremely helpful.

I guess you could do that. I've just been modifying my settings on the fly. Basically if the map has lots of red, turn down tolRed. If it has lots of white as well, turn tolWhite to 0 and maybe increase the W and H as well.

Yeah, pretty much. Also Bungie seem to add red lighting on every map in PvP so that terrain is more likely to fall within our tolerance range. Seriously there's only like 2 maps on rotation at the moment that are not entirely red, and even then Bungie added the red ambient lights. This is why I added the secondary white search, because finding false positives for red is just unavoidable if you want speed.

In other news, I'm working on a little GUI at the moment which should make using the script a lot easier. I was going to implement it into Kivrin0's release, but I think I'm just gonna have to rewrite it all from scratch, or most of it anyway. Anyway here's a little preview of the tool I made: Pic

That would be fine except the health bar constantly changes in size, every pixel inside of the bar varies in color, and is animated with a bright wave like motion going from left to right.

That being said if you really think its better, give it a go. I'm sure we'd all love to see a fully function solution that functions like the origional.
Does anyone have good settings for hand cannon use in PvP? I've been able to use my settings pretty well for the pulse rifle, but whenever I try with a hand cannon, it pretty much doesnt work.
I was just thinking on a possible fix for the random tracking on Mars and any place that has red. Change the colorblind modes for a different color. All we'd need to do is fix up the image/pixel search information.

Colorblind mode does not effect enemy guardians health bars at all sadly.

You can edit the code and search out references to the right click and change them to the left trigger. You might have to Google some ahk keymappings to know the exact setting to use.
Can someone having success with this on 1080p share their settings for pulse rifles/HC's? Would be greatly appreciated. I suck at configuring this.
what i got to work was someone elces files erlier in the thread

settings

[settings]
sen=7
FovX=3.7
FovY=3.6
AimX=67
AimY=40
tolRed=60
tolWhite=15

no luck getting it to work with controller/joystick maybe someone smarter then myself can have a go, unfortunately, i suck with a mouse

tried configuring a controller with key sticks to fool the computer to think its getting keyboard and mouse input but so clunky impossible to play properly
