Diet
Hi all, so basically i've been working out everyday, to lose some body fat and gain some muscle, but i obviously know that a clean diet is a major help too, and currently i eat very unhealthy food which is most likely countering everything i do. So wanted to ask here, what you guys recommend for a general diet?
five basic food groups, not even kidding..
Fish, meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables, things like that
Enough water: around 2-3 litres a day (especially in the summer)
